Their goal, above all else, is to leave their guests with fantastic memories and a rich culinary experience by creating a meal for them using the very best ingredients and products found in Mexico. Sometimes, this may be a fusion of flavors from around the world, such as Mediterranean or Asian cuisine (which is a personal favorite of Rocio, Private Chef Playa’s founder).
Still, the company never loses sight of how much flavor and variety is available in its own country’s cuisine. Rocio really enjoys pleasing her clients’ palates, while continuing to be aware of their health or eating regime.
In cases where a special diet is required, or the clients are vegetarians or even vegans, Rocio feels that these circumstances truly allow her to be creative, by replacing traditional ingredients with animal-free products.

My Experience Using Private Chef Playa for our Wedding Catering
I’m so very happy that we chose to hire Private Chef Playa to cater our wedding. They literally received a standing ovation from us and our guests following the meal – it was THAT good!
We hired them for not only the catered four-course meal but also for their mixologist, which was such an awesome idea. His drinks were creative and delicious!
They also handled table decor in collaboration with our wedding stylist. Their choice of plates, charges, cutlery etc was really beautiful and perfectly matched our wedding!
