Vegan Down Jackets for Women
Eleven Elfs offers vegan down jackets that are created to imitate the fullness and fluffiness of a down-filled jacket while preserving the advantages of technological thermal lining. Their vegan down allows jackets to be incredibly lightweight.
The high density of the hollow-fill staple high grade polyester can trap lots of air (the best thermal insulator) in its structure, preserving the body’s natural temperature and providing great comfort. Compared to feather-fill, vegan down is also a lot easier to care for, as washing and drying these jackets is much more simple than feather fill!

Down Jackets for Women
Eleven Elfs’ regular down jackets are made ethical and warm, with a filling ratio of 90% down and 10% small feathers. Why is that beneficial? The quality of one filling is determined by the amount of down compared to the quantity of feathers: the higher proportion of down (90%) the better the filling quality in terms of lightness, volume, and softness. The lining of every Eleven Elfs jacket is made of 100% nylon, which has long been celebrated for its wash and wear quality. Nylon provides durability, strength and softness and is exceptionally breathable, while also keeping you warm and dry in harsher weather.

Ethically Sourced Jackets
Eleven Elfs feels very strongly about animal welfare and requires that their down suppliers provide proof that their material is a by-product of the food industry and that the birds are not plucked alive. They require signed declarations stating this from the suppliers themselves, and also require that their down be certified by an accredited third-party certification body,
Eleven Elfs down jackets have options for both real fur detachable trims, or faux fur detachable trims. The real fur trims come from controlled fur breeding farms, where the animals have been treated appropriate to the species. They were not taken from species listed in the appendices to the Washington Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora. However, the faux fur trim options are beautiful and will keep you warm as well!
